Cancellation/Substitution Policy
CPD Associates will refund the registration fee paid for this event if notified in writing no later than four weeks prior to the event. Cancellations made later than four weeks and up to two weeks prior to the event will be refunded subject to a 50% service charge. No refunds will be made for cancellations made less than two weeks prior to the event. No shows will be liable for the entire conference fee. Attendee substitutions from the same company may be made at any time prior to the event. Eligible refunds will be made after completion of the event.
